Eligibility:Manna Pro Products Walmart Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 6/1/12 ("Participants"). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Manna Pro Products, LLC ("Sponsor") and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
Promotion Period:Promotion begins at 12:00:01AMEastern Time ("ET") on 6/1/12 and 11:59:59PM ET on 12/31/12 ("Promotion Period").
How To Participate:There are (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period: 1.) Online: Visit www.stealthhuntersweepstakes.com, follow the links to the Sweepstakes registration page and complete and submit Sweepstakes entry form according to the instructions provided, and submit; or 2.) Mobile Entry: Utilizing your smart phone with QR reader, scan the Quick Response Code ("QR") found on select Sweepstakes materials with participating Walmart stores and you will automatically be taken to Sponsor's mobile site. Click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the Sweepstakes entry form. Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. In order to scan QR codes, your mobile device must have a QR Code reader installed. You must have an Internet-capable mobile phone that has a camera in order to scan the QR Code. Standard data rates apply. Normal airtime and carrier charges may apply and will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your pre-paid balance. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Entry in this Sweepstakes via QR Code is not available on all carriers. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/12 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per mobile phone number per day of the Sweepstakes. Additional online entries received from any one person or email address thereafter during any one day will be void. Entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, undelivered entries or e-mail, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, network, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any game, event, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, mail or e-mail and/or the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The use of automated or similar devices which subvert the entry process, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
Winner Selection:Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/11/13 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor's independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable entry. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
Prizes:(1) Grand Prize: Stealth Night Hawk 4x4 EV. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize=$15,000 ). (40) First Prizes: Ameristep Intimidator 2 Blind (ARV=$79.88 ). (59) Second Prizes: Wildgame Innovations N2 IR Digital Scouting Camera (ARV=$69.99). (500) Third Prizes: 20# Deer & Wild Game Block (ARV=$8.99). (1,000) Fourth Prizes: 1 Bag WM Deer Corn (ARV=$8.00). Total ARV of all prizes: $34,819.61. Prizes are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes are each winners' sole responsibility.
Miscellaneous:No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are winners' sole responsibility. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return a Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release and any other documents required by Sponsor within five (5) days of date of receipt of documents. The remaining prize winners may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release and any other documents required by Sponsor within five (5) days of date of receipt of documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, if a potential winner fails to execute and return all required documents within the specified time period, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or any other component of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including but not limited to war, strikes, terrorist activities, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant's name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for TV or radio broadcasts and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2.) Released Parties are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, MLBAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
Arbitration:Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Choice of Law:All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
